Wigell is a European manufacturer specializing in a complete underfloor heating system. In the OEM / private label model, we supply ready-made components under the customer’s brand – from manifolds and mixing sets, through pipes and cabinets, to mounting accessories. We supply our products from short test runs to constant deliveries to multiple markets at the same time.
The offer is complemented by brass fittings and fittings , as well as small heating fittings, which allow you to connect the entire system into a coherent, sales product.
In the ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) model, we design and develop solutions from scratch – according to your technical, market and price requirements.

Who is the Wigell OEM offer for?
We work with companies from all over Europe that:

ODM - Our Design, Your Requirements
- design and development of the product from scratch (mechanics, flow configuration, Kvs variants, spacing/threads, number of circuits),
- selection of materials and seals (installation grade brass, accompanying elements),
- prototyping and validation (leakage tests, assembly tests; the scope of tests agreed in the contract),
- 2D/3D documentation, BOM, manuals and technical data sheets under your brand,
- Options for individual and multipack (private label).
In most projects, we act as ODM – we take responsibility for the concept, construction and industrialization so that you can quickly enter the market with a complete, consistent offer.

We manufacture in Europe, which means shorter supply chains, greater quality control and easier communication.
We work with proven materials (m.in. high-quality brass), each distributor undergoes a leakage test, and the processes are oriented towards the stability of technical parameters.
We understand that the development of OEM offerings often starts with smaller volumes. We can suggest reasonable minimum quantities to allow you to safely launch a new product line.
Thanks to our own production and OEM planning, we can maintain stable and realistic lead times, which helps in warehouse and offer management.
